We are specifically interested in this particular house. However, I do not like it that it will be at least another month. We have shown some interest in 10169 Deer Glen Trail in the same neighborhood, because it appears to be a good value. However, 10164 Deer Trail is the one we are most interested in.

In speaking with the bank and the people in charge of this property it was made clear to me that it would be at least one month from now. While waiting for info on this property have you come across any others in the area that have interested you?

Thank you for the answer! Because our living situation does not demand that we move immediately, we are willing to wait on this particular home for a little while longer. However, we do not want to wait indefinitely.

You mention that you cannot imagine it being any sooner than 1 month on this home. Would you say that means 1 month from today's date, or 1 month from the date it went off market? For I know that this house has been taken off market for well over a month already.

So there are some IRS notice issues with this property that may require re-foreclosure. Its difficult to say with certainty when these issues will be resolved but in my experience dealing with foreclosures it is hard to imagine that it will be any sooner than 1 month. Are there any other homes in the area that interest you?
